The Ground Floor Rooms The spacious master bedroom has an exposed beam ceiling and antique furnishings including a desk, chairs and a Louis XIV armoire. The view is onto the lovely south gardens and there is a patio with a view on the pool from this beautiful room. The modern ensuite bathroom has a large shower and sink. The two large single beds can aslo be placed side by side if you prefer. The charming second bedroom on the ground floor has two Louis XVI single beds. A crib and two high chairs can easily be placed in this room as well. This room is suited for infants or children and is next to the master bedroom. The living room is large, comfortable and bright with an original chimney and period chairs. The television room is decorated in blues and yellows and has a desk and fruitwood bonnetière. There is also a single Louis XVI bed. The large modern kitchen-dining room is fully equipped, yet retains its character with period furnishings and decorations and has an original chimney. The Upstairs Rooms The upstairs master bedroom has a warm yellow and green decor. The double bed has a beautiful 18th-century style bedspread and is tastefully furnished in Louis XVI style. The large and modern ensuite bathroom is entirely wood panelled. The lovely second upstairs bedroom has a large canopy bed. The floor is done in traditional floor tiles and the furniture includes a Louis XIII armoir. You'll enjoy the view of the south gardens from this room. There is a modern ensuite bathroom near this second upstairs room. You will also find a separate, third, bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet along the hallway for the other rooms. The Chambre Venitienne has lovely red silk curtains, gray woodwork, a large Louis XV bed and a beautiful walnut closet. You will find this spacious room with authentic French decor a delight.
